RecommendedOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! On November 16th our stove that we had purchased at Billy Martin’s stopped working. We called and spoke with Janice. Janice asked what was wrong with the stove and we told her that the oven would not heat. Janice said she would order the “suspected” parts and send out the service guys. Janice also informed us that “dont worry about your Thanksgiving meal, we will have a loaner stove on the truck just in case your stove cant be repaired”.
