Our first time visiting. Immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The really nice (Owner/Manager? - We didn't catch his name, sorry!) went over the menu with us, and recommended different items. We went with the brisket cheese fries (without the garlic aioli) to start. Then we ordered the chopped brisket sandwich with fries, and the 2-meat plate (Ribs and 1/4 chicken) with collard greens and potato salad. And a side of corn hoe-cakes. The fiance and I stopped in for a quick bite after hitting the beach and wow... quite literally rhe bang and the buck. The brisket melts in your mouth, the service was welcoming and genuine and the place is cleaned constantly. Will definitely drive the hour to come back! Oh did i mention affordable!
We found our go to place for not only BBQ but Seafood as well, both are absolutely delicious ! The staff is awesome as well. We met Matt that's like a General Manager of all this companies restaurants and we very impressed with him and enjoyed our conversation, come to find out he knows a few people I grew up with so it was a great conversation. We will be going back alot.
