Stop servicing Lincoln Pickup & Delivery for maintenance with NO NOTICE to customers. I purchased a Lincoln largely for the ability to utilize this service and now cannot. Would have bought a Genesis if I knew this benefit would be stripped from me.
I ordered and purchased my 2023 Navigator here and minus 1 problem with the second row captains chair which they fixed prior to me taking possession of the vehicle. The issue reappeared as well as issues with the cruise control and the sync system. Contacted the dealership and I was informed that I lived too far for them to pick it up, even though during the purchase we were told this was a benefit.
