Wouldn’t go here. I went in there to get approved and told them to only run my credit once. They told me they would give me a call back at 12. The next day, I went in there around 11:45. They pretty much turned me around and told me they would give me a call. They never gave me a call and ran my credit multiple times.…
This is the 2nd time I have bought a vehicle from Billy Howell Ford. My sales guy was Cody Melton. He met my husband and I immediately in the Lot when he saw us walking around. Even though he is new working there, he was knowledgeable enough to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable. Once again, I walked away with a new car and feeling good about our purchase and customer service experience, because Billy Howell took great care of us. Thank you Cody for helping us with our purchase. We are loving our new car.
5 Stars! Jose Duran was the consummate sales professional, he was a fountain of knowledge, patient with me and my family, and made the whole buying process quick and simple. We were the last customers in the building at closing, yet Jose was patient spent the time reviewing all the features and setting up our infotainment system. There's something different about a family owned dealership too, from management to finance as well, we felt very comfortable...oh and our deal was amazing!
Nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership. Chaz was great! He helped me trade in my car and walk out with the truck I wanted.
Excellent experience using the mobile service. Cara scheduled same day service. Chris arrived on time and performed the work expertly done. Very nice job.
