The plant was beautiful and my neighbor loved ii and was delivered on time. I was very pleased.
***DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE PREMIUM TIERS OF BOUQUETS*** I paid $134 for the "Exquisite" boutique, which is the most expensive of the 4 tiers. I even tipped $30 on top of that. What the recipient received was a small coffee table bouquet of maybe 6 wilting flowers, in a very small and cheap vase. I filed a complaint and never got a response. If you must buy from this place, only purchase the basic flowers because that is all you are going to get. I will never purchase from this shop again.

I sent the Lovely Lavendars arrangement to my son's girlfriend for her birthday, and she said that it was the most stunning bouquet of flowers she has ever received. I have to agree the pictures on the website do not do the arrangement justice. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful.
The recipients of the "Miss Louisiana" arrangement I sent were very delighted. She sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement of yellow, lavender and white flowers, I must say it was quite appealing. My friend said that Billy Heroman’s is the best in Baton Rouge. Thanks, Billy, for making their day a little brighter.
