BG is a class act shop. I went in wearing a competitors jersey to ask advice on a titanium hardtail I purchased. They treated me like family and had me rolling on a new 1 by drivetrain in under a hour. They earned a new customer that easy. I have delt with other shops in the area and believe these shops have great products but could learn something from Billy Goat and their customer service.
