The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Didn't want to pay our claim for a new roof and then we get paperwork in the mail for a class action law suit against them denying claims. I sent emails and no response, when I mentioned the email he acted like he didn't believe me then found it. I asked for another email and he said the four people in the office share one email address. I think when your dealing with peoples homes/cars/and other insurance needs there should be more than one email address for the company. T... read more
