My State Farm agent in Orange passed away and I dearly miss him. Billy Fox is my third agent since he passed. Without going in to detail about the other two, I read the reviews and decided to call Mr. Fox's office. The voice answering the phone was very pleasant and her name was Teresa. I told her the issues I was having, she listened intently and low and behold, she took care of my problem almost immediately.
