On Friday June 27 around 2 pm one of your employees was driving down I85 by exit 11. He created a dangerous situation by driving while staring at his phone dispiriting the flow of traffic

Mr Don and Cory were prompt, friendly, informative and just really professional. They explained what they were doing and were upfront about costs and time frames. Courtesy calls regarding their service before they arrived and to explain things after they had finished the work. They were thoughtful and did everything they said they would. We had our system replaced nine years ago by this company. We chose this company as they suggested something the other two would not do. They offered running the a/c line through the roof versus along the back of the house(original pipes and looked hideous). They weren’t the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The quality of their work even impressed my father-in-law who did a/c up north. I called them this past Monday after 9 years of having it serviced as the power bill seemed a bit high(shame on us). Honest, knowledgeable, quick, and hard working. Don and Cory are both friendly and professional. Explains the problem and upfront about cost. This company truly cares about their customers and strives to give the best quality work. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone!

I had a problem with the heat at my rental property and was told that a new blower would fix the problem. I agreed to get and pay for the service. After they completed the job, the tenant complained that the heat did not work. I called a few times and talked with the owner. I was told that the system was too old and needed to be replaced.
