Mr Don and Cory were prompt, friendly, informative and just really professional. They explained what they were doing and were upfront about costs and time frames. Courtesy calls regarding their service before they arrived and to explain things after they had finished the work. They were thoughtful and did everything they said they would. We had our system replaced nine years ago by this company. We chose this company as they suggested something the other two would not do. They offered running the a/c line through the roof versus along the back of the house(original pipes and looked hideous). They weren’t the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I had a problem with the heat at my rental property and was told that a new blower would fix the problem. I agreed to get and pay for the service. After they completed the job, the tenant complained that the heat did not work. I called a few times and talked with the owner. I was told that the system was too old and needed to be replaced. These people are great! I am so thankful for them. They are very kind, and it is a family owned business. The father and son came out same day. I needed a new Unit. They left to get the Unit, and came right back to start taking the old one out and putting the new one in. They stayed until midnight to finish the job. They didn't want me and my kids to be without AC.
