The food is disgusting. I ordered nachos and cheese. The cheese was spoiled and cold. Took it back up and told them it was bad. I wasn't offered my money back or an apology. The ranch is also spoiled. Eat before you come.

Anyone complaining about this place being old or outdated shouldn’t be going to Billy Bob’s. I can spend very little and get tons of tickets, just like how it used to be, and I’m SICK of the ripoff card based systems at every arcade. I traveled all the way from NC for an experience I can’t get anywhere else, and I got exactly that. I cannot possibly give the tech team enough credit for maintaining the animatronics, and everything was pristine and ran so smoothly!
