This place is just terrific. Very safe, even for the youngest of toddlers. Very clean and load of fun.

arrived today with a horrible experience, the bathrooms were completely disgusting with foam balls all over the floor, which is worrying since kids run around. I also noticed that the tables were not clean. It's quite strange since they were clean before. Confused about why some days it's clean while others it's bad

Nasty place, restrooms are very nasty they don't clean.some Front staff are very rude. I won't comeback to this place.

I had such a great experience at Billy Beez, and a big part of that was thanks to Angel, the party host. From the moment we arrived, Angel was welcoming, friendly, and super organized. She made sure everything ran smoothly and kept the energy fun for all the kids. She did an amazing job handling the party setup, food timing, and keeping everyone on track without it feeling rushed. This place was amazing! I took my niece here and she seemed to enjoy this place. Staff was super kind from entering and leaving. Would recommend.
