I've had my BMW there almost a month now and there have been no calls with updates or anything. My car was towed there because it wouldn't start. I've called multiple times and the phone would ring until the answering machine would come on to leave a message, which I did multiple times and got no return phone call. My experiences were all very positive, the owner is a very honest guy, very family oriented which was a plus for me. He did the work fast and it was 200% quality work..even fixed one or two things on his own without any charge. One of the best mechanics I have ever met and dealt with. I recommend Billtown Auto over every auto shop I have been to over the last ten years!!!

Took my eclipse in to get the shocks taken care of and to figure out the problem with my horn and 2 other issue that off the top of my head couldn't remember, car was there for 4 or 5 months and he hadn't touched it yet, 8 months and he finally did my suspension paid my 300 bucks and decided I'll figure the rest out on my own
