RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff
I have been going to this store for years!!!! It wasn't until last Friday that I decided I will NEVER spend another dime there again!! The guy who helps with feeders and reptile food is arrogant, rude and acts like you are bothering him when I asked a question. I'll order online from now on. I always try to frequent small businesses, especially in today's world, but the attitude and rudeness has me walking away. It's really a shame bc there's a female who works there who is fantastic, and so is Jeff.
Very disappointed! On September 21,2020 my 13 year old daughter purchased a bearded dragon from Bill's Wonderland of pets. She had saved her birthday money and was so excited to take home a new friend. For weeks we visited Bill's and Petsmart and she decided to spend the extra money on the beardie from Bill's. The dragon was never very playful and never wanted to eat. We visited the store on 5 occasions and purchased more crickets, phoenix worms and a gel that they assured us he would eat. Fantastic store with the friendliest staff! I go here weekly for my reptile needs and am never disappointed. They’ve got everything from Pangea CGD, Cork flats and round, Crickets (which have been extremely hard to find lately), and so much more! After speaking to several employees it’s easy to see that each of them truly care about the animals they are housing/selling! I highly recommend other reptile owners to try Bill’s out, they will not disappoint!
I will admit, I at one point a huge fan of this spot. I could grab just about anything I needed for my fish tanks. Yesterday I went in to grab a few Betta for a new 55 gallon I have. Broke my heart to see them in these incredibly small bowls no bigger than a mason jar. Most of them dying. I spot a store rep... She apologized as she saw how heartbroken I was to see this. Great staff and lots of healthy products. We buy Answers Goat Milk and high quality treats here. We tell all of our clients to visit them if possible.
