Let me start off by saying, I’m giving one star because that’s the lowest it will allow. Dropped my car off in February for a transmission issue. Was told it was in fact the transmission and the owner, Bill, knows reputable dealers to get a used one for a fair price. Fair enough. I paid him in full the day I dropped the car off. ($3100) They installed 3 used transmissions and on the 3rd after about 4 months of having the vehicle in their possession released the car to me with a 30 day warranty on the used transmission.
