We were in Saugatuck over the past week at an Airbnb. My dad got his drone stuck very high in a tree. Luckily Bill and his crew were next door the following day. Bill happily got my dads drone from the tree. We tried to offer him money for a tip and he wouldn’t accept. He said he rescues cats and drones for a free. Just a genuine stand up guy. I also saw the job he did next door with cutting the neighbors tree. Bill and his crew did amazing work and are just great people. Thanks again Bill!
Bill is very professional, on time, thoughtful, and puts the homeowner’s needs first. He gave us expert advice on our tree that fell during a high wind storm and then gave us both safety and aesthetic suggestions for the rest of the property. He even fixed our kids tree swing by upgrading the rope we had used and professionally installing it on a very high limb, since he had the basket truck handy. I used Bill's Tree Service back in 2019 to remove three trees and trim up numerous others. The professionalism and work was top notch, so I contacted them again in 2022. Bill and his team removed an approx 90 foot tall pine tree on my property and trimmed many other trees on May 16, 2022 in Saugatuck, MI.
