Bill's Transmission has always provided precise and timely service for any automotive issue I've brought to them. They also provide excellent preventative maintenance and diagnostic services. I would refer them to anybody who needs automotive work.
After a co worker referred me to Bills Transmission I was hesitant, especially after reading some of the reviews. After being reassured they hired a master technician who knows transmissions and has spent 14 years working on one thing...transmissions. I'm a woman so I'm always on guard listening to see if I'm being told all the right things. Poor quality work, lies decent, over priced. Skip this worthless company. Work is very poor, and then they lie about why is not their problem. Do NOT take any problem to this company, you will be sorry. I was broken down in area and I did not know how bad Bill's was, I found out the hard way don't be fooled find another service loacation.
Do not take your vehicle to this place, total rip off! The thrid time I took my truck to them with the same problem in three months. I asked them to give me my money back because they obviouslly didnt rebuild my transmission like they said they would. They wouldnt give me my money back claiming they fixed it for the three months i drove it. I had a six month warrenty with them. Needless to say, I'm going to take them to court to get my money back.
