Nice folks and quick to help out. I ordered an alternator for a 2017 4550 Mahindra and it came in about 5 days after ordering. Discovered that the alternator on the tractor had a blown fuse and repaired the existing alternator. Called Bills tractor to see about a return and they wouldn’t work with me on the return, even with a restocking fee. Be warned, use them at your own risk. I probably won’t use them in the future, even if they are less expensive than my local dealer.
Husband Ordered some parts June 10th. The credit card was charged on the 10th. Called and texted trying to get shipping status. After 16 days, he was told the belts were on back order. Talked to parts manager and he agreed to refund. Accounting would not credit charge back to credit card. Sent a check to an old non existent address (correct address had been given to them at least twice). New check mailed registered and finally received July 31st.
