Months of back and forth with sales and service has yielded no results. This has been an absolute nightmare and has cost me over $10,000 in rental equipment and services because the $53k tractor I bought from Bills does not work as it should. We have only had this Mahindra tractor for less than 6 months and its been nothing but problems. I wish I would have never done business with Bills or Mahindra. Terrible terrible serivce. If I could give a ZERO, I would have. They kept my lawnmower for nearly 4 weeks. I called for an update and was told the part they needed would be delivered that day and someone would call me back. I didn’t hear from anyone and called them 5 days later. I was then told it didn’t arrive, they said they would call me back with an update. You guessed it, no call. I called back 7 days later and was told the part didn’t arrive.
