I had an unexpected flat tire this afternoon around 1:15 PM near Hicksville, and Geico Roadside Assistance sent Bill’s Towing Service. The driver (truck #10) arrived much sooner than the estimated 30–40 minutes. He was there in about 15–20 minutes. He was very polite, reassuring, and changed my tire quickly (about 10 minutes). Complete stupidity and no accountability. Delivering a car to a dealership and they know they have a secure drop box. NOPE. let’s park the car on a side street and leave it for TWO days. Complete idiots with a complete lack of accountability. I hope all insurance carriers drop this company from towing. Rude, stupid and unprofessional.
My car was stuck in snow and the tow struck never came. They lied to my insurance company. The owner was rude during our phone conversation. I do not recommend this tow company. Poor customer service
Used the GEICO App. Got my first 20 miles in. Was going 30 miles. They charged me $10 plus tax for each additional. $108 on me at the end. Had no other issues with the driver.
