Worst towing experience. I would rather wait on the side of the road than call this company again. If your insurance company schedules this towing company for roadside assistance, I strongly recommend asking for another provider. Extremely disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
Highway robbery! They charged us $2,000 to tow the truck just 3 miles. They were too lazy to disconnect the driveshaft, and I had to insist they not tow it with the trailer and drive wheels on the ground, which could have caused serious transmission damage. Avoid this company!
Unsafe drivers, tailgating and swerving through traffic
