Got a flat at 1am on the way to Minnesota! Had an appointment to get to at 8:30am. The guy who towed us in, helped me get a tire on the vehicle at the shop so we could go to our appointment! I highly recommend!
I called Bills to tow my car to a local shop and they were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Very easy payment system that was a link texted to me prior to towing. Also, I got a call from the Driver prior to pick up and he was accommodating on some of the needs for the car, which was great! All in all, I would highly recommend for any towing needs.
We didn’t actually get anything serviced here due to it being Sunday and them not having a tech in, but they did follow up with us later in the day to make sure we had everything taken care of and could get home. 5⭐️ customer service for sure. Thank you!!
Driver was very experienced and knowledgeable and friendly.
