It really stinks when you are 400+ miles away from home at 12:30am on a busy interstate and you need to get a tow. Luckily Bill's was the first name that came up when I googled towing near me! The young man that showed up was extremely nice and helpful. We may have lucked out, but the tow truck they picked us up in was BRAND new and was very nice, the gentleman was very willing to stop at the gas station first to see if that fixed our issue on the way to their shop, It did fix our issue, and he sent us on our way. Excellent people and service- starting with the office, parts and mechanics everybody was professional, helpful and reliable- the repair was done in time and rightly prices- I totally recommend this shop for anybody with mechanical problems or towing for that matter
Ron from Bill’s Towing was incredible in a time of distress! We weren’t able to connect over the phone before he headed to my location for a spare tire change and by the time he had arrived, we had been able to fix the tire. He came to our location, waited to make sure we were set to go, and didn’t attempt to charge us for a full repair price. Would highly recommend!
Will came and saved the day! 96 degree weather and our keys got locked in our vehicle in our insulated cooler! He was quick to arrive and quick to get into our vehicle!
