We were stranded on I-5 on a Friday evening with our two boys and dog due to a trailer issue. Bill’s was recommended by a mobile mechanic because he has a boom. We called, described our unusual issue and he said his guy would be out in 30 min. He arrived in 15 min and got under the trailer with my husband and they solved the problem in no time. He was knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. We learned as he was leaving he is the owner, Mike. He was a huge help in our time of need.
Highly recommend Bills towing! My radiator popped going up the passes north of Grants Pass, basically the middle of nowhere, and it was getting late and dark. Called Bills towing, Jason (if I remember his name correctly) showed up shortly after and got me home safely and quickly. What great people. Had a blowout on our trailer traveling I5 just past Canyonville. Jason from Bills's was great and he was able to help us with 2 new tires and get back to our adventure. Very reasonable prices and great people. Thank you!
My car was towed by bills towing, they ended up charging me 6 different fees, amounting to over $1500 for not even 3 full days of storage. I would never recommend to anyone, sketchy business.
Responded within reasonable time. Jason, the truck driver was friendly and down to Earth attitude. He even took me to Costco Roseburg to get a new tire replacement. Good people. We need more of them in providing exemplary services.
