This is our first time using Superior Electric and I don't usually leave reviews but I highly recommend them. The technician, Scott was prompt, very professional, and explained what the problem was and he even cleaned up before he left. The last place we used left us a huge mess! My husband and I were very impressed with Scott, he did a fantastic job and we'll definitely use Superior again in the future! We highly recommend Bill's Superior!! A+
We had power to part of the house go out, I called this morning and spoke with Scott, he was able to work me in for the same day for an emergency fee which I was more than willing to take care of. No other electrician was able to come out, so he personally came up to fix the issue. He was very polite, professional, and didn't mind a little small talk while he figured things out. Got everything working again, gave some tips on what could be upgraded to not have the same issue again. Well worth the service call.

Phenomenal service. I called for an after-hours emergency for a problem on an out of date electrical panel. Scott came over promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it, and afterwards discussed potential permanent remedies. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help and provide different options based on my budget.
