Very rude, called for a on the phone quote. Asked what his hourly was and he said he does it by the job, so I asked what the price for a carb clean would be and he said “I’m the best around, happy shopping” and hung up on me. Very rude
Took my 3500 Watt Power Stroke gasoline engine to Bill for repair. He had it up and running in a few days! Charged for the parts and some elbow grease! Also explained how to properly turn the generator off so as to clean out the carburetor bowl. Will be returning with other engines in future! Thank you Bill!
Bill did not service my model but he took the time to look it up online and make some suggestions which led to a simple, free solution! So he took time to help even though there was no revenue in it for him. Thank you, Bill! You saved me a ton of money AND, if we get another snowstorm this season, a LOT of shoveling!
