Horrible customer service,they will tell you anything to make a sale ,I've spent thousands here,and will never return, I don't know how there in business !
i have been renting equipment from bill's for the last 6 years....also taking in my mowers for work and repairs (last time it was over $600). i called and ordered a piece of equipment to be delivered to my home friday before 5 pm...i called to verify a 4 pm it was coming and they said yes by 5 pm. at 5 min to 5 they left a message stating they were running behind and it would be there first thing at 8 am saturday morning (keep in mind i have already paid in full). i called first thing saturday morning to verify and was told ... read more
