Bills RV was an excellent experience from the first visit until we pulled out with our new to is 5th wheel. Great communication, good price and very nice folks. Rolling out we had an issue with our breaks, Bill had his whole team addressing it and all fixed in an hour. We will definitely be calling on Bills again in the future when the time comes for service, or another trailer one day.
Rude when he answered the phone, then the conversation just got worse. Acts like they don't need your business. I felt like I was bothering him. Fortunately I decided not to do any business with them.

We were on our way through New England on Labor Day Weekend and had an unexpected issue with our RV. We called Bills RV and spoke to Shawn in service, he put us right through to Bill and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue with some helpful information!! We definitely recommend Bills RV!!!
