I have never met them and live great distance from them but when I called them I received service that was none less than professional. I contacted Thor/Thor America and was told "sorry can't help you" and all I wanted was schematics of my unit. When I contacted Bill's I spoke with him and his wife and learned more in a 5 minute conversation than I did all day on the phone with manufacture and sellers. I had my motorhome serviced here with Bill's,on several ocasions,encluding replacement of furnace,they put additional batterys in a seperate compartment, n installed an inverter that converts batt/pwr-elec.They put new parts-my toilet,repaired my elec/jacks, n fixed my elec/steps. As i previously mentioned,this work was done at different times over the last 4 years,and all work was done in a proffesional/manner,&in goodtime .Bill,his wife Betty,&son Casey treated me with the service you'd expect.
