Very professional, personable, friendly and customer service driven. Knowledgeable, problem solving… My experience finding a part for my snowblower will bring me back for all my future service and maintenance needs, for all my equipment. Don’t be fooled by 1 star reviews in this case.
I really thought this was a legit shop. Couldn't fix my bercomac. .I can handle that. What I have an issue with is the fact that the ATV I had the bercomac attached to no longer starts without having to press the gas throttle. 8 years with this bike and I have never had to do this ..their mechanic said I had last year's gas.
