Crooks. They charged me $145.17 to tell me my ice machine needs to be installed correctly because it was plumbed wrong. Ice machine was installed 4 years ago and has been running fine. Problem was a busted water filter. They refused to replace the water filter until the ice machine was installed correctly. I asked them if they could install correct the installation.
