The best pool company ever. The most knowledgeable, patient, excellent customer service, prices, quality I've ever seen in the business. I have bought pool supplies there several times. I was always treated quite well. They also tested the water sample and gave me what I needed to make my pool clear. Great service.
I dont understand these other reviews. The ladys here are always nice and a smile on their face. They always know how to fix the issues with my pool and do not let me buy unnassasary items or chemicals.
This company was a joke..I would not recommend it to anyone..please save your time because they waste it..
I called this company out to look at a leaking jet in our spa. The guy who came out spent about 3 mins here and said he could not locate the leaking jet and said he would come back when I got more info. I expected him to return that afternoon. When he did not return I called the office and she said she did not know when he will be returning. It was a week later before he returned.
