I always regret doing business with Bills! Bills on Hwy. 18 is Horrible! The owners/employees are arrogant. They've talked to me like I was retarded... the place is completely overpriced and wreaks of tobacco. I've gone there 3 times in the 5 years we've lived here...only because Leslie's is all the way in Hesperia. Why hasn't someone taken advantage of this problem and opened another pool supply store? rude staff Bill's Pool Supplies staff have a lot to learn about how to treat the customer with more respect. On the tele and when in the shop, the staff treated me like cousin Harriet crashing the pool party with her wild bunch o' brats in tow. My questions and needs were met with sighs and rolling eyes. Obviously they felt i was wasting their time. I will not ever shop there again.
Not that bad We have been going to Bill's supply store almost 10 years now. My son is always givin a little toy or some blow up toy for the pool (free) there nice to us and have been helpful over the years when something needs to be replace.
