I called and he set the time to meet, didn't show, didn't call, I tried to contact him for the next 3 days, no response, no call back, nothing.
Had an issue with my sewer lift pump, gave Bill a call and he had someone out within an hour. Andy was super friendly, wore protective booties on his shoes so to not track in snow and was quick worker. Identified the issue and fixed it with parts in his truck. Everything you can ask for when calling in a service issue.

Demeanor over the phone was unprofessional. Was unwilling to help with a DIY part, basically stating that I should be going to a parts distributor out of the cities rather than work with someone local and develop a relationship for future business.
