Called Bill due to a recommendation from a coworker. They said they would be there between 9:30 - 10:00 on Monday and I received a call that they were out front at 9:20 am. Only took him a few minutes to do the work and he even showed us how to do it ourselves in case we had the need in the future. Very professional and prompt. I would recommend to anyone.
Great Work! We added an addition that went over existing roof and fireplace pipe, and the crew didn’t pipe out the fireplace as it needed to be to code. Called Bill explained sent pictures he was very knowledgeable & came out gave a quote , ordered the parts he needed specific to my fireplace, (which came in super fast!) and quickly got the job done! Couldn’t be happier! Straight forward guy! No BS just what I like!!
Bill & Josh cleaned out my chimney, fixed a gate I've had worked on multiple times by other contractors and made modifications to an outside chimney that had issues with too much smoke. I called them on a Friday and they had everything done by the next Thursday. Great work and they offered explanations, giving reasons for everything they suggested.
Great service. I called, talked to his answering service and then got immediately connect with Bill. I was wanting a chimney sweep and he sent his grandson over that day to do the job. It took maybe an hour to complete and we've never had the chimney swept in the 12 years we've lived here. They didn't try to sell me any fixes (even though I'm sure they could've come up with plenty) but just told me things I could do. Definitely recommend. Great price too.
Called bills at 9:45am and he himself with another associate showed up about 11:30am to clean and work on my chimney. 100% recommend. Short and to the point and I like that! Fair pricing! Very knowledgeable!
