I have used Bills Plumbing for years. I called to have a toilet and sink removed for contractors doing work on bathroom. Was told I had to talk to plumber and someone would call back.No response. Called back twice with no response. Must not need the business or not want to do the job.. Very poor communication!

I have used Bill‘s plumbing for a few years now. I’ve called them when I’ve gotten other quotes that were really high and they have always had a better price. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs I have. I really appreciate them.

I called Bill based on a personal recommendation. He was very knowledgeable, up front, and thorough in his assessment. Once he and his crew came out to replace my water line into my home, they did everything Bill said they were going to do exactly how he said they were going to do it. They were timely. Professional. Cost-effective. And fun to hang around for the day. They set expectations clearly, answered all my questions, and from my perspective did a fine job. We were referred to this company a few days ago when our sewage line backed up. Somebody came to look at the issue two days ago, was at our house for <5 minutes, said they could fix it and they’d send someone out the next day (today). Well today the technician showed up, looked at our overflow and decided they couldn’t help us because they might have to dig in the ground to put a cap on our 4in pipe if cleaning out our 3in overflow didn’t work. We have used Bills plumbing several times and have been very happy. This time I called and Jason came out assessed our problem, obviously not a job he wants. Were still waiting for a call back and to fit in the schedule 3 weeks later. What a disappointment. I guess they don't want our business.
