We were referred to this company a few days ago when our sewage line backed up. Somebody came to look at the issue two days ago, was at our house for <5 minutes, said they could fix it and they’d send someone out the next day (today). Well today the technician showed up, looked at our overflow and decided they couldn’t help us because they might have to dig in the ground to put a cap on our 4in pipe if cleaning out our 3in overflow didn’t work. We have used Bills plumbing several times and have been very happy. This time I called and Jason came out assessed our problem, obviously not a job he wants. Were still waiting for a call back and to fit in the schedule 3 weeks later. What a disappointment. I guess they don't want our business.
Al and his crew have been great to work with on a few projects on my house. Highly recommended
Jason and Greg did a wonderful job installing a sink and faucet for us. They were meticulous, patient and professional. We purchased the wrong faucet and they kindly came back this morning to install the correct one. Recommend Bill’s Plumbing and Sewer 100%.
Called to snake a drain. First day they said if would be the next morning, that next morning they said "their guys car broke down" (super lame excuse), next day they sent someone over with a bucket and a plunger (do you not think we tried using a plunger yet?!), needless to say the plunger or bucket didn't work. He left and said he was having the city jet the system and he would check back the following day and be back with his snake (apparently Bills plumbing only has one snake and "car") no calls back, no checking on anyth... read more
