Best Garbage Pizza around! Yum! – This pizza may get the dis from some. It's expensive, and basically a garbage type pizza as they say, but man isn't this pizza delicious! I love the stuff and it's a must stop after a late night at the old port.
Disappointed – Very disappointed. Being a Mainer my entire life, I am disappointed to know a fellow Mainer believes it's nescessary to charge $15.00 for two slices of cheese pizza and two slices of pepperoni. In all, it saddens me. If you're hungry after partying in the Old Port, I recommend holding off for the $2.99 Hannaford Pizza in your freezer.
Definitely *not* a 'New York pizza' – Well, that was disappointing. As someone who *grew up* in NYC, I read the one review, and figured, well, if the reviewer *did* grow up in Howard Beach (but w/a Maine accent?), they'd know a 'New York pizza'. Wrong. There's no *crust* on the darn thing. This just isn't so. It's a below average pizza. Overpriced (19 dollars for 3 toppings!), and they obviously don't know the meaning of 'extra cheese'. Best Pizza in Maine – You want real pizza? This is where you get it. Don't gimme none of that soggy deep dish pseudo-quiche crapola that Buffy eats at the mall. This is the best no-nonsense New York style crisp thin crust cheese pizza in Maine. This is unvarnished two-fisted pizza that goes down well with a tall cold extra large cup of Bill's sour lemonade with plenty of (hey, too much) ice in it.
