Called B&R for a slide out issue on my toyhauler, they came out to me at el mirage to my campsite within an hour!!! And had me fixed and up and going really quick. Id call them back for future needs.

He knows what he's doing. He's honest, he's quick, And he's fair on the prices. Not only fixed the problems I asked him to, but went the extra mile and fixed my door just because he knew it was bugging me. Helped me understand my rv better as well. highly recommend. Thank you bill.

I called him to ask him to how his services work because this is our first time owning a trailer and we scratched and ding the side of our trailer. He said he charges $110 to come out just to look at it and that he doesn’t come out for free with an attitude. Very unprofessional. I didn’t even bother to ask him if it goes towards the repair or using his service.

Bill was so sweet and caring. Worked with my schedule and went above and beyond the repair. Very honest, patient, and informative as this was my first RV. My family and I will definitely be returning and recommending Bill. Fair and reasonable prices.

Bill drove out over an hour to Idyllwild thousand trails within about 30 minutes of us contacting him. Not only was it a Sunday... it was Father’s Day. He was a really nice guy that did his very best to repair a pop out in our RV that would not retract. Thank you Bill!
