Bill drove out over an hour to Idyllwild thousand trails within about 30 minutes of us contacting him. Not only was it a Sunday... it was Father’s Day. He was a really nice guy that did his very best to repair a pop out in our RV that would not retract. Thank you Bill!

Had trouble finding available mobile techs to help with a plumbing problem I was having on my 5th wheel RV and I was only in this area for a week. Bill was able to come right away and helped square away the problem. Professional, knows his stuff - definitely keeping his number for the next time I'm in the area.

I called him to ask him to how his services work because this is our first time owning a trailer and we scratched and ding the side of our trailer. He said he charges $110 to come out just to look at it and that he doesn’t come out for free with an attitude. Very unprofessional. I didn’t even bother to ask him if it goes towards the repair or using his service.
