I contemplated giving a three-star review, but overall I’ve had a good experience here. This review is solely regarding one person — Paulie. He has zero customer service skills and is not honest with customers. I was there on 2/28/26 to get my vehicle repaired. At 9:00am, I was given an estimated time of 1½ hours. I called at 11:03am to confirm it was almost done since it had already been two hours. He told me it was “in progress” and would be another hour. Our car started acting up two days before we were supposed to drive to CT - brought it in and Javier replaced both front wheel bearings the next day. Car is running smoothly and our trip was not delayed. We are so grateful and would highly recommend!! Thank you

Kevin..Javier and the guys are great..used them multiple times..even got me done earlier than expected because they were busy .rewarded them with a dozen donuts and a box of Joe from Dunkin Donuts ! Highly recommend!
