Our family rented a boat from Bill’s on July 5, and the entire experience was excellent! The check-in process was quick and seamless. Ashley provided outstanding customer service and was very accommodating. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available. The dock hands were friendly, helpful, and informative, making sure our group of 12 had everything we needed and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Bill’s and will definitely be back next year!

My family and I had a really good experience with Bills. We didn't have a reservation but it worked out and they had boats for rent. We did the 4 hour and got a 90hp pontoon option. The staff was friendly and answered our questions and the boat was in fantastic shape. Would definitely rent again from them.

This really could have been a 5 star experience. Getting our pontoon boat was easy enough. The real issue was communication between management and the staff. Our boat ran out of oil on the second to last day of our trip. Instead of solving the issue there was a lot of back and forth on blame between the staff and what we needed. We were told one thing and then told something else. On top of that the staff went on to say how bad management was and they did not like her. The boats all looked brand new! Beautiful, comfortable, and the staff was fantastic!!
