Lizz was great to work with. Very communicative and kept the process smooth and simple. She even checked up on us mid-week to make sure everything was going well. This is definitely my go-to boat rental at Gaston from now on.

Bruce and the entire team at big rock Gasburg are awesome. We bought a new to us used jet ski from them And we had encountered issues with the JetSki and they are doing right and addressing the issues with it. Over this past holiday week they gave us a rental jet ski since our new/used jet ski was still in the shop. They have gone above and beyond to take care of their new customer.
Excellent experience. Got a pontoon for the 4th. Liz was a rock star. Accommodating with the rental. Pick-up was a breeze. I was very late picking up and still a great attitude. Good instructions on how to operate. Even got it back through that bridge with ease. I checked everyone on the lake and they were my last visit. Best price. Great fleet. Start here and save yourself time. Will definitely rent again.
