Very rude and unprofessional. Stay away.
Arrived 20 min after I called on a Saturday by the way. I was in town for a football game and had to leave right after so I was very pleased with the prompt response. Very professional and definitely went above and beyond my expectations.
Just had Mike from Bill's Lock & Key working on locks at our home and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely this company. JT
I work at Bill's Lock & Key. We have very few complaints, and when we do, we try to resolve them. There were times when business was so good that we could not turn around and problems occurred. We did have an employee whose behavior was unprofessional and he is no longer with the business. There are also times when cheap, weathered, old locks cause the locksmith many problems, spending hours when the job was expected to take minutes. We take the beating on these problems. I have had this company to my condo several times over the past few years. They are always helpful and pleasant. The come immediately if it is an emergency. They try to get to you ASAP if it isnt. I have always had excellent service with them.
INCOMPITENT...PITIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CALLED THEM FRIDAY & GAVE AN EXTENSIVE DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I WANTED DONE, A BROKEN DOOR LOCK REPAIR & A DEADBOLT PUT ON THE DOOR.MY NAME WAS PUT ON THE BOARD FOR A CALL @9:30AM ON MONDAY TO CONFIRM MY PRESENCE AND THEY WILL BE @ MY HOUSE BETWEEN 10AMTO 10:30AM.
