The hoa im a part of uses Bill's Landscaping and these guys are awful. They constantly leave ruts and bald spots in the turf, they destroyed our shrubs when hedgetrimming, and messes up the bark on several trees by striking it with the mower. They might be some of the cheapest people around, but I guess you get what you pay for
