Bill is rude, unprofessional, and did not fix my Saab. He did not have a clue. Another shop did a 10 minute job, charged 10 bucks and the peoblem was fixed. Bill had the car a for 3 days and could not find a problem. I suggest you fond another shop with a courteous, friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE shop, cause Bills aint it!
Bill is friendly, honest, and completely professional and dependable. I had a Saab for a few years and while I was happy to upgrade to a much newer car, I was sad that I'd have to find a new mechanic. Now my mom has a Saab so I still get to drop by occasionally when the car shows it's age. The dependability and quality of his work are second to none.
