I think the negative Choice Home Warranty review from a previous person had more to do with the warranty coverage than Bill. Shoddy workmanship. Everything he did had to be redone by another contractor
No comment about their service here. Someone in their service truck sat behind my girlfriend at an ATM and laid on his horn, proceeded to yell obscenities at her and her cousin, and then flipped her off as she left. She did flip the driver off in return (only fair). I believe he thought she was taking too long at the ATM. If that is the case, he needs to grow up. American Home Shield sent this company for a 2nd opinion for my AC. Bill, the owner I assume, came on the service call. He was very professional, courteous and fixed the problem immediately. He was very thorough answering my questions and explaining what he was doing. I'm very pleased with the company and will use them in the future if I have other issues! Thanks Bill!
Choice Home Warranty sent Bill, Kimberly and another young lady out to assess and submit a claim for my AC unit. The claim they wrote was so incomplete that the home warranty company denied coverage. After speaking with the home warranty company (I was calling to cancel!) they explained that their vendor didn't send properly completed work order.
