Bill was extremely friendly, professional and very very good at what he does. Bill responded to my initial inquiry within a couple of hours in the middle of the work day. Came to the house and took care of five various projects in short order. He explained everything he was doing and gave us a very fair price. We will absolutely call Bill again as things come up.

Called and gave an estimate over the phone that was less than service now visit price. Came out as scheduled and did job well. What more could you want?

Bill was extremely nice when he came out initially to give us an estimate. Ehen he came back to do the work i found him to be somewhat rude and short with us. His work itself was fine. I originally thought his estimate was high but i was not sure how ling it would take him. I was proven right for he charged $360 for 40 mins work. But mainly would not use again because of his attitude.

Website dictated email or text , figured text would be better communication for questions for the details … texted on a Thursday, text was read within 30 minutes and nothing came back … not even a “hi thank you for your interest let me figure it out and I will get a rough quote back to you” or “I’ll call shortly to get more details”. If you any business it’s all about communication and referrals in this industry and you had poor communication and won’t get a referral.
