The most accurate rifles and handguns I have are all semi-customs from Bill. I believe that Bill is the best gunsmith in Colorado (I can not speak as to the whole U.S.) and his work load is evidence of that. The time it takes is more than worth the quality. If accuracy and quality are your most valued traits in a firearm, you will not be disappointed.
