The bbq brisket and ribs were absolutely delicious!
Went today and my husband and I were not disappointed. All the food is seasoned and smoked to perfection. But let me add this, the catfish! Oh my goodyness! Phenomenal! We will definitely go back. Show this business some love. They sure dish it out. ❤️❤️❤️
In my opinion… Bills was not bad at all, I’d give it a 7.5 out of 10. The brisket was excellent 9 out of 10, Tips were good but some were overly tough and some were soft n tender. The chicken wings were good, but the sauce is overly loaded with either wayyyyyyy too much sage or tyme. The meat is wayyyyy better by itself in our opinion. I believe if Bills redo the sauce, they will easily be some of the best smoked bbq. The portions were decent as well, and the Mac n Fries were decent as well. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly offered us a sample of the brisket and the rib tips without the sauce it was worth the wait 20 minutes for my catfish to fry
