For the first time ever I am excited for the rain!! Thanks to Advanced Glass I have the amazing Aquapel on my windshield and it not only causes the rain to bead off my windshield but also serves as a slight protective shield for it as well. Plus they provided great customer service! Thank you!!
Won't stand behind their work. Kick panel clasps broken. Windshield leaks to the point of dripping inside vehicle, it never leaked before.
I'd love for someone to explain how my trip reset knob was snapped off with such force that the broken piece is now behind the plexi glass covering my gauges. I discovered this when I filled up my car two days after the windshield was replaced. I guess it's lucky for me that I can just use a pen to reach what is left to reset it until I can take it somewhere to have the dash torn up to repair the damage. I love Advanced Glass! They repaired my windshield in a very short amount of time; and it was no hassle and very reasonable. Efficient staff and a great location close to the highway too.
They are not forthcoming with information and employees are evasive n non responsive . If they come to your door, be cautious. When asked to leave premises, they say it's none of your business and stop and take pictures of your home. I wouldn't recommend Advanced glass to anyone. Note: you can buy peas n corn in any store in town, why not go to the one that is congenial and has personality, plus knows your name!! Disenchanted ~~~~
