Just called the GP shop for a quote. Woman who answered was immediately rude and snotty. Kept saying she couldn't hear me but I'm certain it was because of the kids screaming in the background of her office or wherever she is. Quoted me double what the local competition has quoted and told me to go elsewhere if I didn't like her price. ULTRA RUDE! Will never recommend this shop ever again. Wow. Just wow. Have tried three times by phone to reach someone at the Grants Pass store. Phone says it's connecting but all I get is a recording of Trivia Information while waiting for someone to answer. But no one does and there is no option to leave a message. So went by store today, doors locked and no one around. You have lost my business and recommendations.
Fantastic customer service, and super easy to deal with. Just a phone call, drop off , then a phone calls/message to pick up. Paid via a call. Then picked up. Super easy. Great price. And quality repair. Fast & easy. No better than that! 40 yr old window fixed !
