Established in 1969 Bill's Glass began over 40 years ago on the family-room pool table. It was there that Bill began cutting glass exactly to customer's satisfaction. What started as a home-based business in 1969, has grown to three locations and forty plus employees. Bill has retired but his sons, and their families are carrying on the family business motto - "We're not satisfied until the customer is." All the work was done diligently, and in a timely matter. These guys service all of our company vehicles, and my personal rigs as well. Just had all of them in for our yearly windshield chip repairs. When you hear that crash, call Bills Glass! Bill's Glass is famous in our area for having a catchy (yet somewhat annoying) theme, so, when I had an accident with one of my car windows, I went ot Bill's Glass. Right from the start, one of the employees was there to help me. I explained my situation and what I needed and right from the start, he gave me a quote and an estimated completion date. Avoid this place. The glass was one day late from promised day. So I had to drive around with 2 smashed windows for a day instead of going with someone who COULD have it "the next day." Upon return of the vehicle the following issues were noted: glass on the floor (they didn't clean it like I asked them to), scratches all over the interior (they wiped glass off the dash board with a cloth O.O WTF were they thinking?), scratches and pry marks on exterior body panels and plastic trim (prying trim again painted body panels with... read more
Friendly staff I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and was told upfront about the labor and charge and the possible problem with my window. Turns out Trevor was correct, which gave me the confidence to have my repair done.
Hobie W. My experience with Bill's Glass was very positive. I got a chip in the windshield of my Tacoma pick-up and stopped at their Medford shop. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a windshield or charge a high price. They repaired the chip, took care of all the insurance paperwork and even gave me a chip kit which was small plastic circles to cover up in case of any future chip. I guess the cleaner you keep the chip the better it repairs. Great staff, fast and very helpful.
Fantastic Job! I'm so glad I finally got my windshield taken care of. It's so much nicer driving without the huge crack. You guys did a really fantastic job, and i was glad it didn't cost too much. Thanks again.
