They have no respect for manufacturer specs. They drilled out the rotor retaining screws but didn't replace them. I usually do the brakes myself but it was winter. "You don't need those" he says. There's a room full of engineers at VW that would beg to differ. I guess little screws are too much for them? Maybe they don't have hex drivers?
