Called this guy on a Saturday to ask a few questions about a repair messed up by another company. He was able to answer my questions and referred me to another man who knew a little more about the refrigerator in question. We were able to get a straight answer that our compressor was out and the refrigerator was a gonner. Much better service than the other company provided and with a whole lot less runaround.
