PRO My finished product looks great CON Lack of communication Lack of customer service experience I was told different things by different people I was not asked what I would like to do with the unused portion of the project. It was special order so it cannot be retuned which I understand it it was a good bit of material and the installers took it. The latest round of storms finally did my aging fence in, and since we have a dog, we gotta have a fence. The estimate I got from Bill's Fence was very reasonable, and even though I'm sure their waiting list had to be long, they were able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. Tear down, removal, and installation took one day, and the fence looks beautiful. Every employee I talked to was super friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Bill's Fence.
Brian came out to fix some loose pickets. He was quick and friendly, fixed the problem right away. Brian's great and I appreciate his sunny attitude.
Great experience with Jesse Adams, project estimator, will Bill's Fence Company this morning. He arrived right on time. He came to inspect areas of my wood privacy fence that needs replaced or repaired, and to provide me with an estimate. Very nice.
