What happened to Customer Service? – I do not recommend! This was the best place to have all your glass needs taken care of when Bill Staye ran the shop. However I recently went in to have a bedroom window repaired but the service was sub standard. My roommate dropped the window off early on a Thursday afternoon and was told that there was no one in to give a quote, so they would call me back in the morning.
